Nutrition Consult
Nutrition Consultations are built to fit your budget and help you know where to start! Each consultation comes with a “Blackprint”. The Blackprint is a customized e-booklet to help you understand where to start.
The youth sports nutrition consultation is a personalized, virtual service designed to help young athletes and their families better understand how nutrition impacts performance, recovery, and overall development.
This consultation begins with a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire, followed by a 30-minute zoom session to review results and provide easy to understand tips to help with the athlete’s goals.
The pre-consultation questionnaire allows our coach to evaluate key areas such as daily eating habits, hydration, training demands, recovery practices and performance goals.
This 30-minute nutrition consultation is built to help you stop guessing and start fueling with purpose.
Before your session, you’ll complete a detailed nutrition intake form so your coach can better understand your goals, lifestyle, training demands, habits, and challenges. During the consultation, you’ll meet one-on-one with a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach to review your intake, discuss your goals, and build a realistic strategy that works for your life.
Whether your goal is improving performance, body composition, energy levels, recovery, or overall health, this session is designed to give you practical, evidence-based guidance without the crash diets, restriction, or confusion.
You’ll leave the consultation with clear next steps, actionable nutrition recommendations, and a better understanding of how to fuel your body to perform and feel better.
Monthly Nutrition Coaching
Young athletes deserve more than generic nutrition advice and TikTok trends. This monthly coaching membership is built to help high school athletes learn how to properly fuel for performance, recovery, growth, and long-term health.
This package includes:
• The Blackprint (a customized fueling guide) built around the athlete’s goals, sport, schedule, and performance needs
• Weekly check-ins via text for accountability, support, and adjustments
• Ongoing nutrition updates as the athlete grows, changes, and progresses through their season
• Education on hydration, recovery, game-day fueling, and building healthy habits
No crash diets. No starving athletes. Just evidence-based coaching designed to help athletes perform at a higher level and build confidence around food.
Monthly coaching is for athletes who want to see a real change in their energy and body. Each package comes with its own deliverables.
