Personalized nutrition coaching for uncommon athletes who want to fuel with intention, recover with purpose, and perform at their highest level.
Every athlete starts with a 30-minute introductory session to discuss goals, performance demands, and determine if the coaching process is the right fit.
From there, athletes move into a 4-week coaching experience built to create sustainable performance habits. Your coach will provide weekly check-ins, individualized macro adjustments, and performance-focused resources designed to help you stay consistent, recover efficiently, and continue pushing your limits.

Every athlete begins with a 1-hour introductory session to discuss goals, training history, and performance needs while completing movement and performance assessments. Using those results, your coach will build a personalized online training program designed specifically for your body, goals, and sport demands.
Athletes will complete their program independently while receiving weekly coach check-ins, ongoing accountability, and training adjustments to support continued progress, recovery, and long-term performance development.
The Blackprint Sessions are free community classes designed to help athletes, parents, coaches, and active individuals build a deeper understanding of performance, recovery, injury care, and nutrition. These sessions are built for those who want more than surface-level information and are committed to learning how to better support their body, health, and performance for themselves and their families.
Individualized rehabilitation programming for athletes who refuse to let setbacks define their performance and are committed to rebuilding stronger, smarter, and more resilient than before.
Every athlete begins with a 1-hour introductory session to discuss injury history, recovery goals, movement limitations, and performance demands while completing individualized assessments. Using those findings, your coach will build a personalized online rehabilitation program designed to support recovery, restore movement, and safely progress performance.
Athletes will complete their program independently while receiving weekly coach check-ins, ongoing support, and rehabilitation adjustments based on symptoms, progress, and recovery response to help them return to activity with confidence.
